We rejoice in what was accomplished here at Spencer Lake in 2007.

God richly blessed us with a wonderful year.  We had 147 retreats, camps, community dinners, banquets, weddings and receptions.  This included several new groups and it is very important that we continue to pursue new clientele.

The great news is that we had 203 individuals saved, 785 rededicated their lives to Christ, 414 received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and 95 were called into the ministry.  The ministry here at SLCC continues to have a profound effect on the world. We have many former campers who are now missionaries, evangelists, pastors and professional people throughout the world spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

We are in the process of building a new Nurses’ Station/Housing Facility and this project is coming along well.  We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this project and want to encourage others to help. We are still in need of about $20,000.  We  must have this building completed by June 1.

Family Camp 2008

 Family Camp will be here before you know it.  The dates for this are Sunday June 29th through Sunday July 6th.  Please note that this camp will be starting on Sunday this year and not Saturday.  We will have the campsites, RV sites and rooms open on Friday night, June 27th.  This will be a great time for those who want to come early and relax.  We are looking forward to a great year here at camp in 2008.
